Question 1

How does the review generation process actually work?

Accepted Answer

When a customer scans your custom QR code, they are directed to a clean, branded landing page where they answer three quick, positive questions about their experience. Our AI then takes those specific positive points and instantly writes a personalized, glowing 5-star review. With one final click, the customer can post it directly to your Google Business Profile.

Question 2

Do customers need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No! The entire process happens seamlessly in their mobile web browser. All they need is their phone's standard camera to scan the QR code.

Question 3

Is it really 100% free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, RateXpeed is entirely free to use with no limits on the number of scans or reviews generated.
